Mr. Dharmesh Shah is a graduate in Pharmacy from Bombay College
of Pharmacy, Mumbai. Entrepreneur with 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry from retail, distribution and manufacturing.
He is responsible for undertaking various strategic growth initiatives including business diversification, exploration of new and innovative technologies that can be used to excel and enhance the manufacturing processes. He also has expertise across various functional areas such as end-to-end supply chain, timely procurement, as well as business
strategy. He has been the key person responsible for expanding Pelltech’s growing business presence and has been driving the company’s growth by not only identifying various avenues for investments, but also in evaluating and building key partnerships. He is a very passionate leader with abundant experience in pharmaceutical management, sales and distribution, within both the local and international markets.
Neepa Shah

Director
Mrs. Neepa Shah is a graduate in Pharmacy from Bombay College of Pharmacy, Mumbai and MBA from NMIMS, Mumbai. She has over 28 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Her expertise are business development and customer relations.
She has led various projects by engaging high performance cross functional teams for accomplishing the company’s business goals. These projects include deals for licensing and marketing of products through pivotal contract manufacturing alliances. She has been instrumental in consistently achieving the company’s performance targets, while being simultaneously involved in strategic planning and implementation of Pelltech’s customer relations initiatives, where she has nurtured and developed impactful relationships, and is the driving force behind the culture of collaboration. Her expertise includes identifying opportunities for growth, execution of various business development projects both locally and internationally, and leading teams performing diverse functions for execution of various organizational projects.
Harnil D Shah
Head - Technical
Operations
Mr. Harnil Shah has a bachelor’s of technology degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT), Mumbai and Master’s degree in Biomedical Nanotechnology from Northeastern University, Boston, USA. Prior to joining our company, he worked with Momenta Pharmaceuticals, USA in research specializing in Biosimilar Drug Product Development and Manufacturing Process Improvement.
He joined Pelltech Healthcare in November 2018, as the Head of Technical Operations. In this role, he is responsible for setting the strategic agenda for Pelltech’s biggest clients as well as operationalizing commercial capabilities to meet the needs of local and international business. His technical expertise has been instrumental in complete transformation of our manufacturing facility which has now become a world-class facility which meets all the regulatory requirements, thus leading to a massive improvement in the overall quality of the product.
Prajin D Shah
Head - Finance
Mr. Prajin Shah graduated as a Bachelors in Commerce from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce & Economics and is an ICAI registered Chartered Accountant. Prajin was previously working with KPMG for 3.5 years in Audit and Assurance services with a focus on pharmaceutical clients. He has a considerable experience in financial systems implementation and development and Foreign Exchange Risk Management.
He joined Pelltech in June 2018 as Head of Finance.
He is currently responsible for all relevant business planning activities ensuring that business and financial drivers are accurate, and risks and opportunities are clearly identified. In his short time here, he has been successful in overseeing all funding matters for the business, including maintaining contact with the Pelltech’s bankers and auditors for the purpose of effectively managing the company’s financial position.
